Način korištenja: Opcija I: Zgibovi - primite drške i povucite tijelo do visine prsa, zatim se polako spustite natrag. Držite ravnu siluetu. Opcija II: Istezanje - postavite stopalo na stepenicu (u razini struka), ispružite nogu u koljenu, a zatim naizmjenično savijte do obje noge.
